Deteriorating Law & Order in State : You | AGARTALA, July 8 (TIWN): The deteriorating law and order situation once again was observed in state after a youth was beaten up in the capital city Agartala by unknown miscreants in attempt of murdering him. This incident took place at North Joypur area in Agartala. A 20 years old man Israk Hossain was called by some unknown people out of his home but the miscreants knew his name and so Israk thought they might know him well, but after Israk went out of his room, severe attacks took place upon him by the miscreants. Later local people found him unconscious and informed his family. Public immediately took the injured man to the IGM hospital and from IGM hospital, he was referred to GB hospital and now undergoing treatment but the injured man Israk remained under 'shocks' out of the scary incident happened with him. | 08-Jul-2021 |
Slow Recruitment, Huge Vacancies left th | AGARTALA, July 8 (TIWN): Resentment erupted among the unemployed youths in Tripura who are reeling under crisis situation due to huge rate of unemployment in the state. Already Tripura is No-1 in unemployment rate among all Northeast Indian states as per CMIE data and due to Curfews business is also at down. Govt department's recruitments are almost nil and due to Curfew, the recruitments have further paused leading heavy frustrations among the job aspirants. Various Departments including Health Dept are suffering due to vacancies although BJP before 2018 election promised to the unemployed youths that 50,000 Govt Posts which were left vacant under the then Left Govt will be filled up within 1 year of the BJP Govt formation.
