AGARTALA, July 6 (TIWN): Opposition CPI-M has told the BJP led State Govt not to violate Supreme Court's guidelines while promoting the State Govt employees.
Addressing the media, former Minister Naresh Jamatia said that the promotion case which is long pending one without any verdict yet at the Supreme Court, should be kept in mind while implementing new rules for the promotion.
According to Naresh Jamatia, the Supreme Court has stayed the High Court's order and for now has allowed the previous promotion rules and so the Govt can use the previous system of the promotion.
