AGARTALA, July 8 (TIWN): The deteriorating law and order situation once again was observed in state after a youth was beaten up in the capital city Agartala by unknown miscreants in attempt of murdering him. This incident took place at North Joypur area in Agartala. A 20 years old man Israk Hossain was called by some unknown people out of his home but the miscreants knew his name and so Israk thought they might know him well, but after Israk went out of his room, severe attacks took place upon him by the miscreants. Later local people found him unconscious and informed his family. Public immediately took the injured man to the IGM hospital and from IGM hospital, he was referred to GB hospital and now undergoing treatment but the injured man Israk remained under 'shocks' out of the scary incident happened with him.

Locals complained before media, though Battala Police and West Agartala police were informed repeatedly but no action was taken by police yet. Also, police did not visit GB hospital to talk to the victim.
