Supreme Court Directs Tripura Govt to en | AGARTALA, Nov 11 (TIWN): Trinamool Congress has welcomed the Supreme Court’s judgement over Tripura’s violence, ongoing attacks on the opposition. The Supreme Court passed an order in a petition filed by the All India Trinamool Congress saying that it is the responsibility of the Tripura police authorities to ensure that no political party is prevented from exercising their rights. The Supreme Court's order says, "We expect that necessary arrangements will be made by the Government & the DGP along with law enforcement machinery of the state". Tripura’s Terminated 10323 Teachers’ | AGARTALA, Nov 9 (TIWN): Terminated 10323 teachers to draw State Govt’s attention to the long-pending issue of 10323 teachers’ permanent solution. On Friday, a press meet was held jointly by the Joint Movement Committee (JMC) and Amra 10323 organizations.The main announcement was made by the terminated teachers’ organization about their protest programmes.As per the statement of JMC, the 10,323 teachers will march towards the Education Office on 10th November with certain demands.
