AGARTALA, Nov 12 (TIWN): In a strong message to the people about punishing the attackers who have beaten up people, party members in the past few months, TMC has announced that it is not going to spare BJP led attack incidents easily starting from attack on Abhishek Banerjee to MPs and now TMC members, candidates. Party convener Subal Bhowmik has said that they will continue legal battle in Tripura violence's each incident and the legal process to Continue until Justice is received. Talking to the media, Subal Bhowmik has welcomed the Supreme Court’s judgement directing the State Govt to ensure free and fair polls. Bhowmik said, “In no state that level of violence happens in broad daylight. Goons entering people’s houses and beating up the common men are rarest incidents in Tripura”.

“But we will not forget and forgive. People will get more cases’ developments. Many FIRs were lodged, remaining without any action. Now, the police have to take action. We have faith in the judiciary. No injustice will be pardoned by TMC”, Subal Bhowmik told the media.

TMC alleged, whenever police are asked what action has been taken against the attackers police reply that in Court it will be judged and now status, IPCs impositions, chargesheet status are given, whereas oppositions are put in jail with fake charges. This has bound the TMC to go to the Court.
