This comment of the Education Minister proves that the state govt had planwise announced about these invalid posts of 13000 non-teaching staffs, without following the guidelines of NCERT. But, it has kept its side safe by not verbally announcing that these posts were for 10323 teachers, who will loose their jobs in December.
