AGARTALA, Sep 18 (TIWN): When already questions were raised against 1 year B.Ed degrees, Tripura Govt is without any pause continuously giving promotions to the 6 month B.Ed holder teachers as Head Masters (HM). Neither the HMs later completed their 2 years of B.Ed nor the state govt took any initiative for that. Giving illegal jobs, promoting officials illegally are nothing new. In this regard a case is already going on at the Supreme court, where Law Secretary Data Mohon Jamatia is the chief accused. When thousands of B.Ed holders are waiting to get jobs, 6 months B.Ed holders are sitting as HMs. Renowned teacher of Udaipur Kirit Bikram Institution Haripad Debnath, Jaya Debbarma at Teliamura and many bundles of such 6 months B.Ed holders are enjoying A-Class gazetted officer ranks. But the politics for vote banks have turned such matters just as opposite, as if Tripura Govt recruit Non-Teaching staffs with teaching experience CPI-M mouthpieces term it as 'Standing Beside' (Pashe Thaka).

But when somebody files a case against such illegal jobs then s/he becomes 'Inhuman'.

However, Tripura Education Dept's scams are unending. It was on March-29 that Tripura Govt lost the illegally appointed 10,323 teachers case on Wednesday at the Supreme Court. Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt’s biggest face loss caused due to Chief Minister’s arrogance in accepting Tripura High Court’s May 7,2014 verdict in cancelling 10323 illegally appointed teacher jobs.SC divisional bench chaired by Justice Adharsha Kumar Goel and Uday Umesh Lalit heard a petition filed by advocate Salman Khurshid.

Then announcing of 13000 new non-teaching posts that deprived 8 lakhs unemployed youths as the posts were only for teaching experience holders.

Recently the Supreme Court has served a notice to the state govt for violating SC's guidelines in 10323 recruitments. SC asked why instead of following the guideline Tripura Govt created non-teaching posts asking with teaching experiences ?

When everyone knows that for whom 13000 non-teaching posts were created with peculiar criteria of teaching experiences, Tripura Education Minister has challenged, "Can anybody prove these posts we created for 10323 teachers ?"

Scams with SSA teachers' salaries are no fresh scam. However, with all these how far the scams burdens can be carried by the state govt it's to be seen as SSA teachers have filed 2 separate cases in the High Court against the State Govt for looting their salaries.
