AGARTALA, Sep 17 (TIWN): CPI-M National General Secretary Sitaram Yechury has blasted Northeastern states Assam, Manipur as well as neighboring country Bangladesh for not accepting Rohingyas in their lands. "India Govt should not expel Rohingyas from the country and must approach states to take them in the country", said Yechury. When no Islamic Country has accepted Rohingyas, Yechury said, "India Govt should give a positive stand on Rohingyas especially when Mayanmar, Bangladesh are not sheltering them". "It's very disturbing that some state govts as Assam, Manipur are not ready to accept Rohingyas in their states. They should not", added Yechury.

However, the politburo was silent about entry of Rohingyas in Tripura illegally via it's open borders under the Communist Govt fueled by supports of leaders like Minority Welfare Minister Sahid Chowdhury at Sonamura who earlier was once banished from Ministry for sheltering a terrorist Mamun Mia at his own house. Not only this, CPI-M has also arranged various protests by the Muslim Community to save the Rohingyas in Tripura.

"When Bangaldesh, Mayanmar said they are not their citizens, then India must take them in the country. Very disturbing news is coming from the state govts as Assam and Manipur but I hope the Govt of India should take a proper decision in this regard", said Yechury.

Rohingyas are keeping in Homes by Tripura Govt that has been proven after an accident held on Sep-15. But strangely, it has been silent to disclose the data.

However, Manik Sarkar led Tripura CPI-M Govt yet to protest against atrocities by neighboring Bangladesh’s Islamic fundamentalists. Hindus of Bangladesh are in severe survival crisis there are no equal rights for religious minorities in Bangladesh.

In 1971 Hindus population was almost one-third (30 percent) of the population according to official census, in 1972- 20%, and in 2014- it is just 10%. Nine million Hindus actually decreased in the last 10 years only, while people in other communities have increased and there is a clear reason for the decline of the Hindu population, which is, insecurity. The minorities of Bangladesh are continuously living under anxiety and insecurity.

When No Islamic country accepts Rohingyas, now due to CPI-M India Govt will have to shelter them ? CPI-M who is asking to shelter Rohingyas, why their Chief Minister Manik Sarkar had pushed back 250 tribal Hindus from Khowai border ??
