The two cases are : 327/ 2015 petitioned by Sajal Deb and another 212 / 2016 by Manoj Debbarma. The case number 327/ 2015's hearing is on next month October. SSA teachers have claimed that since the year 2010 the state govt was receiving funds for regular scale basis SSA teachers but in state the teachers were not regularized with notification, but instead of giving the payments fully to the teachers, the State Govt had been fooling the them by providing salaries as per the wish.
