AGARTALA / SONAMURA, Sep 15 (TIWN): After accusation raised against a husband for brutally beating his wife and raping her at Sonamura immediately police had arrested him.

 The accusation was brought not only by the wife but local people had caught him and tightly beaten the notorious husband named Sajib Das.

But on Friday, Sanjib's family again filed case against Sanjib's laws and his wife alleging their aim is to seize Sanjib's property.

The issue raised since Sanjib Das had an illegal affair with another woman since 2 / 3 years.

A case was also filed earlier against Sanjib but later he got bail.

The matter was raised upto the separation level but later under the local people's meeting it was decided that Sanjib Das has to take care of his children and actual wife.

The wife was never interested to live with him, but for the sake of the children she was living. It was also decided that Sanjib has to write his property in his children's names.

But instead of doing that on Sep-2 night he raped her and also beaten her brutally.

Local people also took actions on spot and led the husband admitted in hospital after beating. Police have arrested husband Sanjib Das.

Now both parties have filed case against each other.
