Neither the BJP Govt removed CM's OSD like Dilip Ray, nor CBI chargesheeted ex-DGP K Nagraj like official from SIPARD. In the similar fashion, various depts. under BJP Govt are occupied by CPI-M regime’s beneficiaries from Krishi Bhawan to Education Dept. M Nagaraju like IAS officer who was too arrogant to support the CPI-M Govt especially in financial decisions and was accompanying constantly the then Finance Minister Bhanu Lal Saha, still is allocated with topmost decision maker's post. "The funding under DoNER has also hiked at its highest level in last four years. This year the budget was under DoNER at 100 % central allocation 29,634 crores, which is around 6000 crores of hike in last 3 years". "Earlier the funding was 90 : 10 ration, but under the Modi Govt it is now 100 % central central allocation led by DoNER Ministry", Singh said.
