AGARTALA, April 12 (TIWN): Even though SK Panda like corrupt official has been removed from Skill Development Mission, but from SIPRAD to Chief Minister’s OSD recommendations are still led by CPI-M era’s most tainted officials. Neither the BJP Govt removed CM's OSD like Dilip Ray, nor CBI chargesheeted ex-DGP K Nagraj like official from SIPARD. In the similar fashion, various depts. under BJP Govt are occupied by CPI-M regime’s beneficiaries from Krishi Bhawan to Education Dept. M Nagaraju like IAS officer who was too arrogant to support the CPI-M Govt especially in financial decisions and was accompanying constantly the then Finance Minister Bhanu Lal Saha, still is allocated with topmost decision maker's post. It was Nagaraju who asked patient parties to get "Proper Education how to behave before they enter a Hospital". Thus at the police dept, BJP Govt’s reshuffle even though would bring a very positive outcome, but in other depts. things have not yet been changed.Even at police dept also still many tainted police officers are occupying the top layered positions.

Corrupt Ex-Chief Secretary of Tripura S K Panda, who was posted as the Executive Chairman of Skill Development by Ex-Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, on yesterday had resigned finally after ruining the state with unemployment burden for years.

Panda was the major root of corruption since his Chief Secretary tenure in Tripura. The 10323 teachers scam, book scam and other major RD scams began under Panda's era. However, there is no disciplinary action taken by the BJP led state govt against S K Panda yet.

After retirement, when Manik Sarkar brought Panda back in Tripura, in the name of Skill Development Panda created fake records of skill-developing and with corrupt media friends he ran the business for years. With Central govt skill development's funds, the media house was paying his own news office or call centre youths in the name of skill-development. 

On that time "call centre works" also managed by SK Panda under "Skill Development" at Lechubagan. 

Panda also didn't attend the last Skill development programme led by CM Biplab Deb at Prgna Bhawan. However, with one of the corrupted officials' resignation from Skill Development Mission, ray of hopes are there that skill development will bring some fruits in coming days, even though the Skill Development mission is still occupied by CPI-M era's Manik-Bhakt secretaries and a Thief like CBI charge sheeted DGP K Nagraj who is still enjoying luxury post in SIPARD. Under them also only corruptions have been manufactured under Skill Development.
