AMARPUR, April 11 (TIWN): Acute water crisis has left the lives of villagers miserable at Amarpur located Beharam Bari village under Rajkang Panchayat.
Total 36 families are living in this village right now, but till day from roadway to drinking water facility, nothing has reached at there.
Not a single water supply has been set at there forcing the villagers to consume the dirty water from the village stream. The villagers also carry the water for the household works from that particular stream.
Villagers complained that many times they urged the Panchayat to diminish the water crisis, but no step has been taken till day to recover them from their problems.
Before 2 years one motor was set at the village to serve purified water but within 2 months the machine expired and never was repaired.
Right now, there is no water supply in that village leading heavy chances of diseases among the people and the children.
