AGARTALA, April 12 (TIWN): Charging the Secretary of Naba Prantik Biswajit Debnath with rape, murder allegations, local women came in massive protest demanding the arrest of the Secretary.

The local women in demand of immediate arrest of the Secretary have gheraoed the Amtali Police Station in the afternoon. 

The local women have termed the Naba Prantik Secretary as "Rapist, Murderer and Anti-Social, abusing workers, girl child in the orphange".

Recently there was also a clash among locals and the Naba Prantik Secretary and the matter went to the Governor also. The locals want the replacement of the present group at Nabaprantik and a new Secretary. At the same time, immediate arrest of the Secretary was also demanded.
