Badal Chouhdury thus can be arrested tonight although police were guarding Melarmath Party office for whole day as if were all set to arrest the CPI-M leader. Badal Chowdhury’s Advicates said, tomorrow bail petition will be filed in the High Court of Tripura and a source said if High Court rejects, CPI-M to immediately approach to the Supreme Court.
