AGARTALA, Oct 19 (TIWN): National Congress has expressed concerns about Indian economy stating Tripura to be the first state to face the massive economic crisis.
General Secretary of National Congress Luizinho Faleiro who has taken report to Delhi and submitted to the AICC during his visit in Tripura said Tripura’s economic condition is in extreme stage, adding worries for slashing of Govt employees at a massive number who were appointed in contractual posts.
He raised question on the Vision Document and its unfulfilled promises.
Slamming BJP on its pre-poll promise on 50,000 Government jobs in first one year, “Ghar-Ghar-Naukri” (house to house incomes), General Secretary of National Congress Luizinho Faleiro on Friday has asked the State BJP Govt what is the status of their Vision Document’s promise fulfillment ?
He also asked, when BJP assured 50000 Govt jobs, how it ended by massive slashing of contractual employees from jobs ?
“It’s quite surprising, when BJP is unable to fulfill pre-poll promises, the Chief Minister is now suggesting youths to rear cows and hens and ducks”, he said.
