Agartala, Oct 17 (TIWN): Democracy, the value of this word is continuously being demolished in Tripura under JUMLA regime. Tripura police has become the puppets of Govt hand, doing all illegal things from entering in a reputed political party CPI-M’s premises and then not accepting the bail-bond. But the most shocking part is, the justice system is also getting influenced.

JUMLA Govt is not even caring to show respect  over the justice system. Otherwise why this abnormal delay in hearing and then the decision  in midnight ? By whose influence ?
From evening to mid-night whole Tripura was wait to hear a single decision. One can easily smell the political influence in this whole drama.

After the hearing-session, police force have rushed to Melarmath Headquarter to arrest Badal Chowdhury. But here a question arise, why Police did not enter in the Party office when all the leaders were there till 12.05 am? Why they have waited patiently for Manik Sarkar and other leaders to leave the Headquarter. And after that on 12.15 am while police tried to enter, DYFI secretary Nabarun Deb asked for a search warrant, which they failed it show, again.

Though they couldn't find Badal Chowdhury yet. Now the news have came up from the CPI-M headquarter that they are all set to move High Court tomorrow!

But can we still expect Justice after all the dramas of two long days where we have seen police breaking rules, violating court's order for many times?

Is the democracy still breathing in this state?
