OTPC or ONGC Tripura Power Company also known as Palatana Power Plant, is a thermal power plant station in Palatana, Udaipur in the Gomoti district of the northeastern Indian state of Tripura in 2013. Two school students lost lives in road m | AGARTALA, Nov 9 (TIWN): In a shocking development, one 12 years boy and another 17 years boy died near Hapania hospital / TMC on Friday after their bike hit with a truck. Total three youths were riding the bike without helmets and they lost control in driving when the big sized truck came in speed before them. When the driver of the bike tried to brake the bike, it lost control and taking three of the riders, the bike went inside the truck. Locals immediately brought the injured three teenagers in Hapania hospital, but doctors declared two of them as dead. One more is critical, admitted in the same hospital, whereas at the primary investigation police spotted the reckless driving was solely responsible for the accident. TIWN team also rushed to the spot and it has been seen that the truck is left in the middle of the road which means it was also in reckless mode, didn't give space to the biker to go on that narrow road in high speed.The two deceased are : 1) Rakesh Singh (17) S/O-Chandan Singh, 2) Asish Hazari, S/O-Nepal Hazari.Police team is visiting the spot and interrogating the locals of Hapania.
