AGARTALA, Nov 10 (TIWN): Crime Queen Pratima Bhowmik’s organized murders, extortions, bulldozing Opposition via Terror fully patronized by none other than JUMLA cheat cum illegal Bangladeshi Fraudster Biplab whose BA Degree to Indian Citizenship are FAKE. A four-members delegation from the opposition CPI-M comprised of MP Jitendra Chaudhury, Ex-Minister cum Joint Opposition leader MLA Badal Choudhury, Ex-Minister MLA Tapan Chakraborty, Ex-Minister Manik Dey have met Tripura BJP Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Saturday demanding 'rights of opposition parties' to practice democratic works. The basic demand raised by the CPI-M leaders was to open all the party offices which have been closed due to BJP's threat and many of them are forcefully shutdown after March 3rd (Assembly Election result out day). At the same time CPI-M leaders have demanded proper securities for the opposition leaders as well as opening of disputed 94 party offices. After meeting the Chief Minister holding a press conference at Melarmath party office, CPI-M leaders said, above 300 party offices of CPI-M have been attacked by BJP, many were bulldozed and such undemocratic moves are being taken by the administration under Political pressure. Biplab Deb was non-committal on accepting BJP's organized violence and then reign in BJP's criminal elements.

While addressing media, MLA Badal Chaudhury said, "We met the Chief Minister centering two issues. The first issue was a demand from the State Govt to help us in opening closed party offices in Jote-lands. CM is also the Party President of BJP and this task goes to both the ruling party as well as to the administration. The 2nd issue was--- arrangement of security for the opposition leaders".

Badal Chaudhury also mentioned, in CPI-M's time all opposition leaders, MLA, Ministers got special escorts, whereas now the MLAs, Ex-Ministers are getting only two constables and for them whole day duty is becoming tough. Many leaders didn't get any escort, whereas in CPI-M's time all opposition leaders got escorts.

According to Badal Chaudhury, the Chief Minister said that he would look into the matter, but didn't promise anything.

Badal Choudhury further said that many party offices' just 10% area left as disputed and for that the whole party offices should not be bulldozed and CPI-M is ready to give the premium of such little disputed land. CPI-M has also taken legal step to save those offices.

Addressing media, MP Jitendra Chaudhury said, "Day by day attacks upon the opposition leaders are increasing. Party offices are forced to stay shutdown. In this condition, political initiatives should be taken by the ruling party to ensure the democratic environment of the state. Chief Minister is not only the administrative chief but also the chief of the ruling party. So, CPI-M has demanded proper step by BJP as well as by the administration to restore the democracy".

"Why are we demanding security ? This is not only for the MLA, leaders' protocol or fashion but if the ongoing situation in state had been normal, we would not raise a single demand", said Jitendra Chaudhury referring the ongoing attacks upon MLA Badal Choudhury who had been Minister for 25 years.

The MP mentioned, Badal Choudhury could not visit own constituency Hrishymukh till day after 8 months of Govt formation slamming the BJP Govt saying, "It's shame for democracy".

"Right now, Badal Choudhury is not meeting locals of his constituency as if he meets families at there then such houses will be attacked, burnt. Many such incidents took place already", Jitendra Chaudhury told media.
