The division was however visible since before the Assembly Election itself among BJP National secretary Sunil Deodhar and Chief Minister Biplab Deb. Already reports came across national media centering BJP's power-tussle as Sunil Deodhar didn't chose Biplab to be the Chief Minister of Tripura, rather than someone like Jishnu Debbarma, who was later posted as Deputy CM. The affidavit filed by BJP MLA Krishnadhan Das has done a big blunder by declaring two types of information about his degree and qualification. At first Das told Election Commission that he passed his HS from Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) in 1997 and in the same document he again wrote he completed his HS from Madhya Bharat Gwalior Broad in 2004. Confirmed information said that Krishnadhan Das is one eight-failed candidate of BJP. Das's was migrated in India back in 2013 from neighboring country Bangaldesh illegally and also has been engaged in phensedyl business. However, Das is not the single one who has been charged by such allegations but even Chief Minister of Tripura is also accused of lying to the Election Commission about his qualification. BJP, RSS's attack in CPI-M Party Office | AGARTALA, Nov 21 (TIWN): Biplab Deb’s direct orders for unleashing terror against CPI-M causing violent attacks on CPI-M Party Offices.After Belonia, Bishalgarh violence, Tripura BJP Yuva Morcha and RSS led attacks have hit Hapania area on Wednesday when the CPI-M members were holding a meeting inside the party office. The attack took place in broad day light at CPI-M Dukli Subdivisional Committee, Hapania. CPI-M in a statement said, "During a meeting at the Party office all of a sudden 50 to 60 RSS, BJP activists gathered in the party office with bikes and vandalized the office premise. They entered with liquor bottles, stones and heavy items and continued pelting for around 10 minutes. This attack vandalized around 30 bikes and 2 cars. In the mean time, police rushed to the spot with force and all of the BJP goons left the office then". An FIR has been lodged in the local police station, but so far no action was taken like the previous two incident of Belonia, Bishalgarh. A year back on this day which is just after 62nd day after Din Raat TV channel young journalist Santanu Bhowmik was killed, Sudip Datta Bhoumik was killed brutally in the TSR 2nd Bn HQ in Agartala. He was second journalist was killed in poll bound Tripura before a year. Bhoumik was writing against police’s corruption allegedly was killed by a police officer of the Tripura State Rifles Tapan Debbarma along with other police officials during an altercation.
