AGARTALA, Nov 11 (TIWN): One again TIWN's bold journalism has compelled police to arrest ruling party's one more culprit, who have been spread like cancer throughout the state under BJP ruling. Chief Minister Biplab Deb's right hand and his own constituency Banamalipur Mandal President Dipak Kar's gang-master Dilip Kumar Roy who along with his friends attempted to gang-rape one BJP activist Ratna Debnath has surrendered before police on Sunday. After interrogation, police arrested Dilip Kumar Roy (Case No-69/18) and produced before the court (Under 448/354b/506/34 IPC). But whereas on the basis of Ratna Debnath's complaint, he was arrested, but BJP had expelled her already from the party instead of expelling villain Dilip Roy. BJP Mandal President (of Banamalipur) Dipak Kar, Mohila Morcha President Manisha Saha (of Banamalipur) even tried to force victim Ratna Debnath into prostitution by issuing murder threat.

Both of them were behind to expel Ratna Debnath from the party.  Biplab Deb’s right hand man, Banamalipur BJP leader Dipak Kar’s gang led by Dilip Roy attempted to rape BJP activist Ratna Debnath but struggling lady Ratna Deb saved herself from the culprit and denied to mutual the matter in exchange of cash. 

Ratna Debnath 3 times went to meet Chief Minister Biplab Deb, but she could not meet and security guards didn't allow her to go inside, which has already exposed the real intention of CM's much hyped Janata Durbar.

When Ratna Debnath reported this to other BJP leaders, not only victim Ratna Debnath was expelled from BJP but Dipak Kar’s gang threatened to murder her if she further tells this crime to anyone.

On October 31st, locals of Chief Minister Biplab Deb's constituency have gheraoed West Agartal women Police Station demanding arrest of BJP Mandal President Dipak Kar and Mohila Morcha President Manisha Saha.According to the locals both Dipak Kar and Manisha Saha are enraged in illegal activities. Locals wanted to complaint against both of them since long back but due to police threat and other threats nobody could dare it.

Opposition Congress activists have blocked road in the capital city Agartala on yesterday demanding arrest of BJP Mandal President of Chief Minister Biplab Deb's constituency Banamalipur named Dipak Kar and Mohila Morcha President Manisha Saha and also the arrest of Dilip Kr Roy..The blockade was held at Kalyani area in Banamalipur.

Before this case also, many times it has been seen that the BJP leaders are engaged in tortures upon women mostly and they are never arrested under Chief Minister’s direct patronage to save the criminals. After Dipak Kar surrendered then only police arrested him whereas till now no attempt was taken to arrest the culprit. Kar surrendered after 14 days of Ratna Debnath's complaint.
