Doctors' negligence kills 2 months baby | UDAIPUR, May 11 (TIWN): Centering a death of a 2 months boy child named Soutam Dey, S/O-Santosh Dey, due to the negligence of the doctors, situation went out of control at Udaipur Gomati Dist Hospital after the common people blocked national highway. Reportedly, on Wednesday this 2 months baby was taken by his parents to Gomati Dist Hospital but failed to save his life due to the negligence of doctors there. The poor parents of the deceased alleged that no doctor had checked up the child properly, whereas in the evening Swapna Sinha just as a part of ward round visited there, but without identifying the actual disease, the baby was pushed with saline. Moreover, the hospital staffs also failed to give any bed to Soutam and kept him whole night outside. The parents also alleged that before pushing saline Soutam was playing, smiling but when the saline was pushed his health started to down. When the saline had been finished, the patient party asked the nurses and doctors about it, but nobody bothered to listen them. Tripura's increasing fatal road mishaps | AGARTALA / UDAIPUR, May 11 (TIWN): Once again a critical accident took place on National Highway on Thursday, left one seriously injured.The injured person has been identified as Dharma Bijoy Jamatia, S/O-Aranyapada Jamatia from Maharani Hatichara area. The incident took place at Peratia Bazar, near Garji when a Maruti and a tipper vehicle with sands hit each other out of reckless driving. Getting informed police rushed to the spot and took the injured person at Gomati Dist Hospital. But seeing his condition critical Doctors immediately referred him to GB hospital. His condition has been reported as very serious.However, the eye witnesses said that the tipper car was in very high speed had hit the Maruti (TR030400).On the other hand the tipper drivers (No-TR01AB1775) has escaped from the spot.
