Tripura’s corrupt CPI-M dares to blame judiciary :  ‘role of SC suspicious in 10,323 teachers case's verdict, court influenced by RSS’ : CPI-M Spokesperson’s statement insults SC verdict

AGARTALA, May 9 (TIWN): Tripura’s 10,323 teachers’ recruitment scam and subsequent Supreme Court verdict on March 29,2017 canceling all recruitment has left Communists a major blow ahead of Assembly Election-2018. Tripura Communists are yet to recover from 10,323 trauma that causing every communist leaders to justify state govt’s action in 10,323 teachers case in their every speeches. On Monday, CPI-M spokesperson Goutam Das told media ‘whereas 10,323 teachers’ case was pending since 2 days in Supreme Court proceedings but all of a sudden the verdict was given standing on HC’s order, which is quite suspicious’. ‘The mysterious verdict seems the highest court of India is controlled by RSS and BJP fully. Das also alleged that 3 best lawyers were booked by BJP leaders to fight against the ruling CPI-M in this case. However, Das’s statement immediately was condemned by opposition and question raised, why Tripura Govt could not pick up the best lawyers whereas as per report state Govt collected Rs. 17 crores from the teachers for this case purpose.

In the High Court 10,323 and Tripura Govt both were in one side, whereas those 51 youths were in another side to prove 10,323 teachers illegal recruitment. CPI-M spokesperson Goutam Das expressed distrust on both SC & HC’s order on Monday. 

Education & Law Minister Tapan Chakraborty said, 'We are beside 10,323 teachers forever', MP Jiten Chowdhury said, 'If age relaxation is given by Central Govt, ‘acche din’ will come surely' and finally Tripura Health Minister Badal Chowdhury said, 'We will recruit the teachers in other govt depts'...but more than 1 months have been passed but 10,323 teachers are yet to know how the govt will be with them. 

When CPI-M is raising the question, oppositions asks one question, “Who is responsible for that & the answer is the Tripura Govt itself”.

Eventhough the 10,323 teachers met BJP National President Amit Shah, but they failed to answer him why Supreme Court cancelled their jobs. Addressing the mass Amit Shah said at Kumarghat, “Today 10,323 teachers met me about their job issues and I asked them why they lost their jobs. They said that SC ordered so. I asked further why SC ordered so, but they do not know the reason, said that we don’t know. I told them it is only Manik Sarkar who is responsible for every scandals, corruptions happened in Tripura”. However, Amit Shah said, “SC doesn’t see other things rather than rules and laws and we can not interfere in SC’s decision. Govt should not recruit in such a manner which may create such situations in future”.

Earlier CPI-M in press release regarding 10,323 teachers recruitment scam said that the ‘SC verdict was inhuman’.
