Amit Shah left state : CPI-M held press meet

AGARTALA, May 8 (TIWN): CPI-M spokesperson Goutam Das held a press meet on Monday following the visit of Amit Shah in Tripura for two day long.

Reacting over Amit Shah's claims about Modi's developmental projects  in Northeast, Goutam Das said, "Is it Modi's father's money that coming to state ? It's public money taken from revenue".

Whereas in UPA Era, the fund for Northeastern states like Tripura never went beyond 7,000 crores and Modi Gov t made it 25,000 cores, but Das said, "It is public money that Central Govt giving?"

"Tripura has no beggar, Tripura is first in MGNREGA mandays, rural development is on peak, source of income is highest amidst all Northeast states, Tripura has topped in literacy rate but Amit Shah said a bundle of lies in last 2 days", said Das.

"Whereas BJP talks about Tripura's unemployment, what about PM Modi's promise for 2 crores of jobs. So what Tripura bears only 8 lakhs of unemployed youths amidst 22 crores of jobless in the whole country?", said Shah.

"Is it so easy to win election that BJP is dreaming about, whereas they only got 5 % votes in the last election?", said Das.

However, fact can't deny that BJP has gained popularity within a short  period. It's only after few months that all will be cleared who wins the battle.
