AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb continues controversy with his Cow-rearing & Paan Shop like issues on unemployment tolls, when Tripura's unemployment rate has drastically increased. Chief Minister Biplab Deb has continues to give his clear stand on House-to-House jobs' exact meaning saying Tripura to develop into a "Dairy Hub" and for that Govt will arrange "Loans" so that poor people can buy two cows at their homes. CM's statement has fueled huge resentment as TPSC and State Govt have canceled many existing ongoing recruitments in the name of Transparent policy. When in the name of transparent policy recruitment was cancelled at the same time Judicial Dept's appointments were not cancelled which recently exposed huge scam allegations. A petition was filed in High Court against Law Dept's recruitment. When corruption had nil recruitment hit the job aspirants, at the same time, data revealed Tripura's unemployment rate spiked up at 32.2%. Recently in a programme CM Biplab deb said, "What is the use of Govt jobs which will offer a very less amount at the initial stage of job career, rather by sitting at home a person by selling milk can make Rs. 8000 per month ?"

Instead of talking on the talking about the promises done by BJP that it would fill up 50,000 vacant posts in one year, CM blamed the previous Govt for creating a "bad" habit of Govt job even after doing simple graduation. He also made his stand clear that by arranging loans to buy cows, Govt will fulfill the promise of House-To-House jobs.

"To build up huge industries we need 9000 crores of investment. Who will give the investment ? For 7th Pay Commission also we need money. That's why Govt decided to develop the small level business which comes under "Gram Swaraj" and that we have decided to proced with the Dairy Industry. 5,000 families will get 10,000 cows and by sitting at home they are incoming 8000-9000 rupees within 1 year. From Atharomura to Barjala, everywhere people will earn the same money", CM said.

"I saw Tripura Govt's policy that whoever passed MA, BA are given a fixed p-ay job (Before Election BJP promised to abolish the fixed pay system, but now appointing youths under same fixed scale). Better you go for dairy farm", CM said.

However, the BJP Govt yet to move for filling the vacant posts in Govt Dept, whereas before the election BJP propagated that 50,000 vacant posts are there in various State Govt Depts in Tripura. The 7 lakhs unemployed youths had played the highest role to unseat 25 years Communist Govt as unemployment rate on that time under Manik Sarkar's Govt went at 11% to 15 %, highest in the country. BJP came in power by promising one 'employment opportunity in each house' which simply meant to the young voters that huge vacancies from all depts and Group-A to Group-D will be filled up but after BJP formed a Govt instead of recruitment, it has paused all recruitment as well as cancelled existing recruitment (except Judicial Dept) resulting a massive hike in unemployment rate from 15% (March, 2018) to 32.2% (October, 2018).Tripura in October 2018 topped in unemployment rate among 29 states with 32.2% unemployment rate.
