AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): Tripura Govt has announced, those who have joined a new job (after 2018 January) under state govt after technical resignation from another dept will be counted under the previous pension policy.

After Wednesday's cabinet meeting, Law Minister Ratan lal Nath has announced this. 

Briefing the issue further Nath said, "For example, a person who joined jobs under Govt dept (after 2018, January) state govt announced to launch New Pension Policy. But for the employees benefit, we decided that those who had been engaged in Govt job but re-joined after technical resignation will be getting pensions under previous pension policy".
