That family was Covid affected and the Govt had pasted an alert on their gate. In this condition, how can the Administration expect people to come forward if they care for their family members where from babies to old people may get affected ? A psychological analysis shows that people don't go near to Covid dead bodies or Home Isolated people's homes not because they are "Selfish" but they might be concerned about their own family members. (Though Dead Bodies don't spread Covid)  But many people are not sure about the rule whether they can enter a Covid affected home even after someone's death. Thus the administration must stop blaming common men as it's the administration's duty to take action first.
