AGARTALA, May 26 (TIWN): Allegation of physical torture raised against in-laws members after a housewife was thrown in midnight with tied hands and legs in an unconscious state in front of her uncle’s house.

It is known on last Friday the victim housewife after dinner went to her room, but around 1 Am late night she felt that someone sprayed something like anaesthetic on her.

But when the victim housewife’s senses returned on the next day, she found herself in front of her uncle’s house with tied hands and legs. 

The housewife raised allegations on her father-in-law and brother-in-law that both the accused tied her both hands and threw her in the housewife’s uncle’s house.  Later a case was filed against both the accused at PS but Police yet not arrested the accused. 

After receiving such news the chairperson of the women's commission, Barnali Goswami rushed to the victim’s uncle’s house and met with her. 

East Araliya club members including the area local people demanded punishment against the accused persons immediately and also the housewife too demanded justice.  Now it is to be seen whether the prime accused will get punishment or not.
