Final Verdict paper on 13,000 Non-Teachi | AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 21 (TIWN): Former CPI-M MP, Minister Jitendra Choudhury has revealed 13,000 non-teaching posts case's final verdict which were created by the previous Left Govt and was challenged in Supreme Court, which has totally exposed the incumbent Education Minister Ratanlal Nath’s lies on it. Whereas Ratanlal Nath said that those posts were dismissed by Supreme Court, the verdict writes, “We have not and shall not be taken to have express any opinion on the merit or the demerits of the contentions. Miscellaneous application stands disposed of accordingly. Pending application if any, shall stand disposed ofâ€. Supreme Court also asked petitioners to appeal in High Court and has liberty to withdraw the case from Supreme Court to file in High Court but never it was re-appealed in High Court and thus there is no objection existing to recruit candidates in 13000 posts. Jitendra Choudhury’s statement came after Law cum Education Minister Ratanlal Nath while announcing future plans on 10323 teachers said that 13000 posts were cancelled by Supreme Court. Choudhury asked, as Ratanlal Nath said those posts were cancelled, he just has to give a copy of final verdict of the Supreme Court. It can be mentioned here that those 13000 posts created by the then Manik Sarkar led Govt were challenged in Supreme Court.
