AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 21 (TIWN): Former CPI-M MP, Minister Jitendra Choudhury has revealed 13,000 non-teaching posts case's final verdict which were created by the previous Left Govt and was challenged in Supreme Court, which has totally exposed the incumbent Education Minister Ratanlal Nath’s lies on it. Whereas Ratanlal Nath said that those posts were dismissed by Supreme Court, the verdict writes, “We have not and shall not be taken to have express any opinion on the merit or the demerits of the contentions. Miscellaneous application stands disposed of accordingly. Pending application if any, shall stand disposed of”. Supreme Court also asked petitioners to appeal in High Court and has liberty to withdraw the case from Supreme Court to file in High Court but never it was re-appealed in High Court and thus there is no objection existing to recruit candidates in 13000 posts. The hearing was pronounced by Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, Justice Vineet Saran by which one thing is clear that Supreme Court which earlier had issued a stay order on 13000 posts recruitment, that stay order is no more in existence, permitting Tripura Govt to continue the process. For now, Tripura Govt thus can continue those 13000 posts' recruitment.
