BJP, BMS clash leads Bloodshed, Lathi Ch | AGARTALA, Aug 24 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb led Govt and ruling party's failure to control own activists once again has halted the peace in the capital city Agartala on Friday and this time once again the helpless passengers faced the problems and fears as the open clash among BMS and BJP's 'Unnoyon Moncho' (membered by private transport workers) held in Nagerjala Bus Stand, which is the point of Sabroom-Agartala National Highway's passenger service. Following an internal clash and power tussle between BMS and "Sramik Unnoyon Jagaran Mancha" (BJP's wing), BMS at first blocked National Highway at Nagerjala in the morning led heavy chaos on the office hours. Soon, the BMS activists entered the BJP-wing 'Unnoyon Moncho' office which is located inside the bus stand, vandalized the office and injured at least 6 BJP activists. To control the situation, lathi charge was imposed by Police at there. When journalists, photographers tried to capture the violent footage, they attacked upon them too left few journalists with minor injuries. Tripura BJP-IPFT Govt has declared on Tuesday that all the existing recruitment including TPSC has been cancelled, TPSC has given a further notice saying 'Recruitment is postponed until the further order'. Two types of notifications were released by TPSC and the State Govt have fueled mass anger. TPSC's hide & seek game with unemployed youths leading massive frustration, angers among the job aspirants. The appeared candidates are now saying, "If TPSC wants to cancel the recruitment why it's not cancelling so that we can take our best decisions, but neither it's cancelling nor it's calling us for interview". TPSC said in the notification (No-9(29-124)-Exam/TPSC/2018 signed by Secretary of TPSC S.Mog dated 20/8/2018 says, "It is for information of all concerned that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the scheduled dates of screening test (s)/Examination have been postponed until further notice". With this notification total 6 numbers of recruitment have been cancelled.
