AGARTALA, Aug 24 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb led Govt and ruling party's failure to control own activists once again has halted the peace in the capital city Agartala on Friday and this time once again the helpless passengers faced the problems and fears as the open clash among BMS and BJP's 'Unnoyon Moncho' (membered by private transport workers) held in Nagerjala Bus Stand, which is the point of Sabroom-Agartala National Highway's passenger service. Following an internal clash and power tussle between BMS and "Sramik Unnoyon Jagaran Mancha" (BJP's wing), BMS at first blocked National Highway at Nagerjala in the morning led heavy chaos on the office hours. Soon, the BMS activists entered the BJP-wing 'Unnoyon Moncho' office which is located inside the bus stand, vandalized the office and injured at least 6 BJP activists. To control the situation, lathi charge was imposed by Police at there. When journalists, photographers tried to capture the violent footage, they attacked upon them too left few journalists with minor injuries. Recently BMS held a press meet alleging various attacks upon them by BJP-wing. However, it's openly known that both the units are BJP backed.

Police's immediate action controlled the situation at there. Few activists of BMS have been taken by police for inquiry. 

Passengers at there became much afraid with the situation as today much unexpected incident held at there. 

Since the beginning of the BJP led Govt in Tripura, there was no checking with the fares and after empowering over passengers with fake fare chart, now the private transport workers in the name of unions have met in open clashes. In last 5 months 3 times such chaos had been created in this bus stand and July 30 the drivers came upon the Transport Dept officials when the officials were labeling the mini buses and the ordinary buses. 

The Transport Ministry headed by Pranajit Singha Roy had been muted over the fares-tortures and one can imagine if in the broad day light such bloodshed had been dared, what is their attitude of the drivers and conductor with the common men and the passengers !
