AGARTALA, Aug 21 (TIWN): Tripura’s lakhs of Job aspirants future is in shambles as poor Governance causing enormous sufferings. Tripura BJP-IPFT Govt has declared on Tuesday that all the existing recruitment including TPSC has been cancelled, TPSC has given a further notice saying 'Recruitment is postponed until the further order'. Two types of notifications were released by TPSC and the State Govt have fueled mass anger. TPSC's hide & seek game with unemployed youths leading massive frustration, angers among the job aspirants. The appeared candidates are now saying, "If TPSC wants to cancel the recruitment why it's not cancelling so that we can take our best decisions, but neither it's cancelling nor it's calling us for interview". TPSC said in the notification (No-9(29-124)-Exam/TPSC/2018 signed by Secretary of TPSC S.Mog dated 20/8/2018 says, "It is for information of all concerned that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the scheduled dates of screening test (s)/Examination have been postponed until further notice". With this notification total 6 numbers of recruitment have been cancelled. But the state govt and its Minister in the name of transparent recruitment process are silent at the upper level.

On the other side, the Govt notification (No-20(1)GA-P&T/18) signed by Vishwasree B says, "The competent authority of the State Govt has decided that in view of the new recruitment policy approved by the govt all new appointments should be made as per the New Recruitment Policy and all existing recruitment processes initiated by respective depts or the TPSC, hereby stand cancelled excepting ongoing recruitment of Tripura Judicial Service Grade-III only for which specific exemptions have been accorded in the consultation with the High Court of Tripura".

BJP Govt’s sudden decision of cancellation of all ongoing recruitment process has triggered tension among unemployed youths especially since the temporary suspension of the recruitment process under Advt No-11/2017 which they came to know after they reached to appear for screening test for “Programmer in the director of Treasuries” & “Senior Technical Assistant”. At the same time those who appealed for TCS, TPS exams which costed their money, times age all. With the postponing of recruitment process under Finance Dept on Sunday, now the tense job aspirants are worried whether the next Sunday’s combined tests, which was earlier scheduled by TPSC will be conducted or not.

 It has been alleged that since 2 years those recruitment are pending and in comparison with NET, IAS, IPS exams Tripura’s TCS/TPS recruitment had been sluggish. But the job aspirants with patience vested their time, hard-work but with the sudden cancellation of the ongoing all recruitment have frustrated job aspirants. TPSC even though an independent body but right now TPSC Officials are unable to answer the candidates whether their recruitment will be considered or not.  

So, the cancelation of earlier jobs, it has triggered huge resentments as under New Recruitment Policy and new kinds of exams the job aspirants may face a jolt. The overage people who will get one and only chance for job, they are the highest sufferer as in new recruitment whether they can score like before or not, as TPSC has also changed the syllabus !
