Even some people alleged that a Kolkata based company is distributing B.Ed certificates through local agents. However, to clear all the confusions, Education Dept was asked to make the issue more flexible by uploading B.Ed Colleges' names of the candidates, from where they had passed out. But it was denied or overlooked or may be stayed unseen. It was disclosed first by TIWN after state's one of the Dist & Session Judge Office had circulated a notice to all subordinate judicial employees. But when the judicial employees are getting 6th pay commission, Tripura's 1.5 lakhs state govt employees are deprived of the same benefit, leading a mass deprivation-sentiment working among the employees. Fin (PC) / 93 P-III saying that the Judicial employees are now subjected to get at least 6th pay commission as per High Court's order of 30/ 08 / 2016. TIWN has received a document of Office of the Dist and Session Judge through NF-47/ DJ/ S / BLN / 2015-17 / 1912-23 which clearly says, "In pursuance of Notification vide No. F.3 (2).
