AGARTALA, Dec 21 (TIWN): The operation theater at GB hospital has left paralyzed since morning Thursday, following high negligence of the PWD as well as GB hospital staffs, doctors. At morning, when a patient was taken for treatment inside, it was seen that the water has been fully stopped inside the OT. Later, the patient was brought out of OT and all operations had to cancel. However, it has been known that the water crisis problem in GB is not new, but due to the staffs, doctors negligence such problems are emerging day to day.

Asking the GB staffs, they have dumped all the blames upon the PWD alleging that after multiple complaints also, the PWD staffs just come and go, giving a temporary solution. As a result today finally the water supply was stopped due to some technical fault inside.  

Till afternoon, the problem couldn't be solved and whether the service can be fixed by today, nothing can be said. Resentments have brewed among the patient parties whose family members were admitted at there.

Hence this is the condition of Tripura first referral hospital, which has left without maintenance since decades. Now one can imagine the condition of other Govt run hospitals of Tripura. 

Whether patients will recover under Tripura Health Service or not, it's not sure but deaths, dangers all are high possible in this condition.

After media interaction, it was known that this is not first time but since many months due to lack of maintenance the OT was again and again becoming paralyzed.
