AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): Referring Dec 16's BJP activist Sunil Deb's murder at Kanchanpur, State BJP has accused ruling Communists for developing Taliban mentality in Tripura, nowhere different than ISIS activities. The BJP activist Sunil Deb was brutally killed at Kanchanpur on December 15 night and the body was recovered on the next day in a water-body. After the brutal murder of one BJP activist Sunil Dey (27), S/O- Jyotish Dey, resident of Kanchanpur, one CPI-M cadre was arrested named Kanchan Pal. The State BJP leaders claimed that it was a fully planned activity and cold blooded murder by CPI-M gang. Addressing a press meet, Tripura BJP President Biplab Deb said today, "Killing of somebody by cutting nerves and let him to suffer for 4 / 5 hours through bleeding before death, is totally indifferent from Taliban activities. This is really a serious issue".

Reacting over CPI-M mouthpiece, for their constant updates on  Kanchan Pal was not a CPI-M cadre, Biplab Deb claimed, "Kanchan Pal is hardcore CPI-M activist and including him 3 / 4 more cadres had threatened Sunil Deb before few days of his murder".

Tripura BJP Observer Sunil Deodhar said, "Marxists have become Mafias in gentlemen uniforms". BJP leader Adv Arun Kanti Bhowmik slammed CPI-M for continuing violence and no apology by MP Jharna Das Baidya  after her speech.

Jishnu Dev Varma, said, "At the upper level, CPI-M drives peace-monging thoughts, whereas the deeper layers are undergoing bloodshed and murders. The day Chief Minister Manik Sarkar had called for peace, it was a sign that similar things are going to happen".

Jishnu Dev Varma also slammed the ruling CPI-M questioning how from govt employee's home grenades were recovering if CPI-Ms are not involved in violence.

Earlier, BJP leader Prasenjit Chakraborty said, "The murder has proven that MP Jharna Das Baidya's each words addressed at Korbook were true and already they are engaged in mass killing. However BJP's strength will not be downed with murders, rather we will become strong day by day".

Sunil Deb, was a BJP activist of Kanchanpur, was working for booth no- 6 at there.
