Another jolt for Tripura Govt : SC / ST | AGARTALA, Oct 10 (TIWN): The SC / ST promotion case's final hearing will wait till Wednesday by a larger bench, said Law Secretary Datamohon Jamatia. The similar situation aroused in the case of 10323 also which was delayed for a day same as the SC / ST promotion case. However, by tomorrow the final hearing is expected, said the law secretary. Earlier, the case had placed in a divisional bench chaired by Justice Madan B.Lokur and Deepak Kumar Gupta. But as Gupta was there in the bench, thus the case was delayed. Now this case has been referred to another bench by the CJ of SC.
