Tripura Govt Cancels License of 'Happies | AGARTALA, Sep 16 (TIWN): The West Tripura District Administration has canceled the license of 'Happiest Hour,' a restaurant-cum-bar located on the rooftop of the UD Building in Agartala. According to an order issued by Dr. Vishal Kumar, Excise Collector of West Tripura, the license holder, Gautam Debnath, repeatedly violated the provisions of the Excise Act.
