'All Roads in Tripura will be Polished b | AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): Ahead of the ADC-Election, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has said that his Govt will prepare all roads for smooth uses by 2022. This statement came from the CM while visiting in various areas. The visit programmes, he started recently ahead of ADC poll, just like after becoming CM, Biplab Deb started "Janata Durbar" but could not continue for more than few months. However, when statewide, roadways have been left in miserable conditions, Biplab Deb has said that his Govt will fix all roads by next 2 years. After Terminations of over 8,000 teacher | AGARTALA, Nov 12 (TIWN): Education cum Law Minister Ratanlal Nath has announced on Wednesday about recruitment of 3970 teachers in Tripura schools via TET and TRBT examinations. Among them, 1675 TET qualified teachers will get appointments by January, 2021. But, criticism erupted against the BJP Govt which promised about 50,000 Govt jobs by 1-year now after terminations of around 8,000 teachers under 10323 group, only 3970 posts will be filled up in the next few rounds of recruitment. Total 3970 teachers will be recruited in Tripura but the aspirant teachers who are in waiting list of TRBT after qualifying Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) examinations will be recruited by December 2020 or January 2021. In total, 1675 candidates are in waiting list after qualifying the examinations who will be recruited by December ending or January month, said Minister Ratanlal Nath. '3970 Teachers to be Recruited by Tripur | AGARTALA, Nov 11 (TIWN): Total 3970 teachers will be recruited in Tripura but the teachers who are in waiting list of TRBT after qualifying Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) examinations will be recruited by December 2020 or January 2021. Cabinet has nodded for the recruitments today and shortly request will be sent to the TRBT. Such has been announced by Education Minister Ratanlal Nath on Wednesday evening at the Secretariat. Earlier, the Minister assured to recruit the TET qualified candidates as Teachers by November month. However, total 1675 candidates are in waiting list after qualifying the examinations who will be recruited by December ending or January month. A woman worker said that even after whole day's toil by cutting muds, they were said that they did not do Rs. 30 works. The Engineer on duty allegedly warned to remove all women MGNREGA workers from duty, which had escalated the protest. MGNREGA started by the then UPA Govt as an initiative to generate rural employment in states. Per day MGNREGA wage has been same for all. BJP in Tripura before Assembly Election 2018 promised to give Rs. 340 wage per mandays for any Govt work but after assuming power, it is trying to change the mode of payment in MGNREGA saying as per works, the wages will be given. Reportedly, for Dragon fruits baby plants tender was called but it is not so easy to get so many plants together when these types of plants are rare in state. But the allocated funds have to be tallied with expenditure list -- with such a move, the Horticulture Dept is wasting these funds aiming to get these baby plants by hook and crook, resulting although funds are being wasted but the ultimate benefit is to the unemployed is nothing. This project was initiated to generate employment among the unemployed youths but such urgency in the Dept has left the unemployed youths fully creditless. Such negligence have been continuing in various sectors under the horticulture dept.
