Tripura D.El.ED Students stirred for Onl | AGARTALA, Nov 2 (TIWN): D.El.ED Students have demanded Online examinations like B.Ed and other students due to Coronavirus pandemic. On October 29, the students wanted to meet the Director of Education but he could not meet them on that date due to his tight working hours and gave appointment today. Thus, the students visited the office today to meet the Director. While talking to media, the D.Ei.ED students said that when Education Dept is taking online examinations for B.Ed why can't they do the same in case of D.Ei.ED ? They alleged that even though, they are being asked to give offline examinations but the authority sought parents' signature for that. In this regard, the students asked, why can't the Education Dept take responsibility of the students ? What is the assurance that after offline exams, nobody will suffer from COVID-19 ? Biplab Deb’s removal from CM post | AGARTALA, Nov 2 (TIWN): Notifying about the ongoing movements in Tripura politics, Tripurainfoway.com (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar has said in his Sunday live that removal of Biplab Deb from the Chief Minister's post is guaranteed when various MLAs are already against him and held meeting at MLA Ram Prasad Pal's home after their Delhi visit centering demand of removal of Dictator Biplab Deb from the Chief Ministry. The Editor said that the removal of Biplab Deb from CM post is already decided and there is no doubt that he will be removed from Chief Ministry. At the end of November, central observer team will visit Tripura and will talk to the MLAs about this and already it is decided that Biplab Deb has to be replaced but right now various elections are going on in the country which may delay the process of replacing CM for few months. "There is no doubt that Biplab Deb will be removed and if we assume that he will not be removed then also there are options of no confidence motion against CM in the Assembly. As we know, the CPI-M has 16 MLAs and only 15 needed to succeed the no-confidence-motion at 31. Already 18 MLAs joined against Biplab Deb. 10323 Teachers to stage protest in Grami | AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): The 10323 teachers will stage protest in the Gramin Bank Head Office at Abhoynagar on 3rd October seeking relief from interest rates which are mounting high amid the teachers are left jobless for last 7 months. Addressing media, on behalf of 'Amra 10323', former teacher Dalia Das said, "We are going in mass demonstration as we have met the Gramin Bank authority many times. We have requested them not to impose the interest till our jobs are given. They were very sympathetic with us but when our accounts were freezed they helped us but now we are unable to even arrange food at home and how will we give the interest ? We are harassed, getting phone calls to clear loans. We tried to meet the authority and they are not helping us anymore. Only from 10323 group, over 8,000 Joblos | AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): Data analysis reveals the major reason behind Tripura worsening unemployment rate is due to zero recruitment in Govt departments. Basically, the real situation is not even zero but (-) minus recruitment means when over 8,000 jobs had gone among 10323 and it's already 7 months, now, the Govt has announced hardly a recruitment of 4,000 in next year which means no job creation but at minus recruitment. BJP Govt also cancelled existing recruitments, terminated various contractual employees time to time which has left the situation at worst. As per CMIE data, Tripura's unemployment rate is 17.4% which is highest in Northeast, whereas the neighboring state Assam's unemployment rate is just 1.2%. Nationally Tripura's position is 3rd after Uttarakhand which has recorded 22.3% in last month and Haryana whose unemployment rate is 19.7%. CMIE data reveals Tripura tops in Unempl | AGARTALA, Nov 1 (TIWN): Ahead of Diwali, there is no good news yet for the highest unemployment issue suffered state Tripura, as the Northeast tiny state Tripura still remains in top position of unemployment rate. As per CMIE data, Tripura's unemployment rate is 17.4% which is highest in Northeast, whereas the neighboring state Assam's unemployment rate is just 1.2%. Nationally Tripura's position is 3rd after Uttarakhand which has recorded 22.3% in last month and Haryana whose unemployment rate is 19.7%. This is the data of September month, 2020, published by CMIE today on November 1st, 2020. Tripura recently met a loss of around 8,000 jobs from teaching profession as 10323 teachers lost jobs but the State Govt has set a goal of recruiting highest 4,000 per year.
