Pay Benefits of Regular Pay from Date of their Joining: Tripura High Court Orders State Govt turning down Fixed Pay System
AGARTALA, Jan 8 (TIWN): Tripura High Court division bench chaired by Chief Justice Ramachandra Rao and Justice Biswajit Patil on Thursday in a landmark verdict scraped single bench judgement of justice Arindam Lodh which dismissed petition of fixed pay teachers to get regular scales. In this new verdict, the High Court ordered the state government to clear the pending regular pays of the employees from the date of their joining.
