According to unemployed youths, there are no private company which can pay like big cities, neither there is any industrialization. Business stays dull amid high commodity price. Tripura : Father dies without seeing dau | AGARTALA, March 15 (TIWN): With a brutal message delivered by Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences (TIPS) College girls' hostel authority, a student Rosina Begum has lost her father but due to hostel’s inhuman rules and regulations she could not see her father for the last time. Rosina, a resident of Kailashahar in the Unakoti District was studying in 3rd year of TIPS. She was informed before 3 days that her father met an accident and need surgery. SDM breaks CrPC, Court Process : SDM Sad | AGARTALA, March 15 (TIWN): In a gross violation of official conduct, SDM Sadar Ashim Saha illegally transferred a CrPC 110 case ( Accused Pradip Das AD Nagar PS case PR No. 130/2019) to West Tripura DM’s office on 7th March,2019 via letter Np.F.8(2)-SDM/SDR/JDL/2019/378. As SDM & Executive Magistrate Ashim Saha rather than handling the case himself, he transferred the case to DM West which is a gross violation as DM West has no power to decide on a CrPC 110 case as it has to be dealt by SDM cum Executive Magistrate. Various other officials informed media about this gross violation as these amounts to insubordination. Also SDM Sadar Ashim Saha’s closeness with Crime Queen Pratima Bhowmik, also reportedly a relative of Biplab Deb’s OSD Dilip Roy.
