AGARTALA, March 14 (TIWN): Congress has geared up to strengthen its ST cell, comprised of indigenous supporters.

A meeting was conducted by the ST cell today ahead of Lok Sabha election. Also a preparatory meeting wad conducted centering National Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s arrival.

The committee said that they are very happy that Maharaja Pradyot Manikya has been selected as the State President of Congress.

Being asked about whom Congress wants to see as MP candidate, the committee members said, whoever will be the candidate Congress will have no problem.
