Preparation for vote-counting on peak ac | AGARTALA, March 2 (TIWN): Election Commission is leaving no lapses in the security arrangements and already daises have been set to put restrictions across 20 locations for the counting. Section 144 to be imposed from the midnight itself. In maximum centres across 100 meters the security to be tightened whereas in sensitive places the area has been measured with 200 meters.The Central Forces will be controlling the safety issues throughout the counting day in Tripura on March 3rd. Whereas at the upper-layer or outer-layer Tripura Police, TSR will be helping the Central security forces but the middle and inner layers will be totally controlled by central forces. ETPBS helps an entitled service voter to cast their vote using an electronically received postal ballot from anywhere outside their constituency.
