BELONIA, March 1 (TIWN): Once again PWD Minister Badal Choudhury has come under controversy after he violated model code of conduct directed by Election Commission of India.

Today amid model code of conduct,  to propagate his party CPI-M, Minister Badal Choudhury called media at his Bungalow, which is a Govt property.

According to Election Commission's guidelines, a Minister cannot function as a Politician from a Govt Dak Bungalow but today Choudhury was propagating Political party agenda and confirming CPI-M's victory, claiming 'Left will form the next Govt in Tripura and March 3rd will be CPI-M's victory day'.

What Choudhury has done it's totally a violation of Election Commission guided Model Code of Conduct and as well as also unethical, whereas he could do same from any Party office or Public fields.

The Minister's unethical activity one day ahead of vote-counting has been highly criticized.
