Chief Minister and LF Govt lying over 13 | AGARTALA, November 24 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Sarkar is now simply lying over the so called state employees' deprivation imposed by 13th Finance Commission. During this deputation Manik Sarkar told the leaders that the increase of salary structure or Central Pay scale depends on the grants to be allotted by the 14th Finance Commission. And the deprivation of 13th Finance Commission is purely a political strategy taken by the CPI(M) and the govt during the last 5 years.
