KAMALPUR, Nov 22 (TIWN): A life was snatched in a serious road mishap occurred on Jamthum-Thalbari road around 1 pm when two bikes collided head-on. The locale rescued both the injured, two riders, from the spot in a serious condition and shifted to BSM Hospital, Kamalpur. From there both were shifted to GBP Hospital. One succumbed to his injuries at GBP Hospital.

According to the locale, one Barun Debbarma(45) of Jaduraibari was heading towards Kamalpur with his TR-04-6676 Bajaj Discover bike. At the same time one Gamirjoy Halam(17) of Jamthum was approaching from the opposite direction with a numberless Hero bike and they collided head-on. Locales rushed them to the BSM Hospital, Kamalpur in serious condition. Doctors immediately referred Barun to GBP Hospital, Agartal and there he succumbed to injuries. Police seized both the bikes. Gamirjoy was under treatement at GBP Hospital.
