Train service resumes in Tripura after 1 | AGARTALA, July 22 (TIWN): With a heavy relief for the passengers in Tripura, the express and local trains have been kicked off a fresh journey on Saturday. The rail service that was paralyzed by Tripura tribal autonomous party IPFT on July 10 in demand of a separate state named Tipraland led by Tribal leader NC Debbarma cut the railway service of the state. Talking to rail officials present in the Agartala Railway station, they said, "Since the morning the trains have started in full wave. From Udaipur also a train had arrived in Agartala railway station in the morning with a good number of passengers, whereas Kanchajunga train also geared back. Like the normal schedule the trains will run on the tracks from now, without any hurdle, said the official. The damaged part led by IPFT youths also have been resumed.
