AGARTALA, Oct 6 (TIWN): On the occasion of Maha Panchami state gears up in brotherhood sentiments while welcoming Devi Durga on earth for long 4 days. But the Country is undergoing tremendous terrorism threats with the attack of Pakistanis on India’s border areas. Devi Durga who is considered as the destroyer of all omen powers------with her arrival the brotherhood sentiment has once again evoked the public to be together in Unity & regardless tribal, Bengalis, Hindus / Muslims all are celebrating Durga Puja. Pandal inauguration has been completed at various spots of Agartala and other subdivisions and on Thursday morning with ‘Dhaak’ people have cheered up to celebrate Durgotsav. Devotees had thronged to Puja Mandaps on Panchami morning offer prayersto Ma Durga. However, the original Puja to begin from Friday, after the Devi-Bodhon will be held on the occasion of Shashthi.

But the nation is undergoing tremendous terrorism threats & state Tripura which also shares borders with Bangladesh remains under threats of such terror attacks.

Tripura Police claims that there is no such terror threat in Tripura's borders, but seeing the overall scenario of nation, surveillance has been tightened. However, this festive season will end peacefully in Tripura, such was promised by Tripura police.
