AGARTALA, Sep 25 (TIWN): Amid over 5000 nurses are unemployed, from Lab-Assistants to other Depts, hopes of the unemployed youths are dried up without recruitments, CM Biplab Deb on Saturday on the occasion of "World Pharmacist Day" has advised the students to study with full enthusiasm without being depressed in unemployment tension. Addressing at RIPSAT, CM Biplab Deb said, “Study with full Josh because Modi is sitting in the top. When PM Modi is there, nobody has to worry because he has brought the Northeast into the mainstream. Right now, Tripura is no longer lagging behind like before but earlier Tripura was neglected and was considered just as a small state”. CM assured that Health Dept in coming days will provide employment, saying the Dept has already provided lots of jobs. The statement came from Tripura CM amid the state’s unemployment rate having gone on peak.
Over 400 Doctors are also unemployed in Tripura currently. Recently a huge number of nurses were arrested after they burst into massive protests over the ongoing unemployment.
In the Medical Dept unemployment has risen high in the recent time.
On the World Pharmacist Day, along with CM Biplab Deb, Central Minister Pratima Bhowmik was also present at RIPSAT.
